Task assignment is a critical workflow that ensures team members are aware of their responsibilities and can start work immediately.

Notification Channels

• In-App: Immediate notification in the application
• Email: Email notification with task details and link
• Push (optional): Mobile push notification

Business Rules

• Assignee must be a workspace member
• Assignee receives notification via their preferred channels
• Previous assignee is notified of reassignment
• Activity is logged for audit purposes
